01/09/2013Driver Compatibility Program launched by Cree

Extending the opportunities for all LED lighting manufacturers, Cree launches a new Driver Compatibility Program. From now the lighting producers are able to combine Cree LEDs with a list of third-party drivers that were tested and approved by Cree. The application of high-grade Cree LED modules with compatible third-party drivers enables lighting manufacturers to improve their products and reach the highest impossible characteristics and performance. Driver Compatibility Program makes it possible for producers to develop and design most advanced products, implementing the greatest achievements in LED and electronic components production.

Furthermore the company can now spread its warranty not only on the use of Cree LED modules with Cree drivers but also on the use of its LED modules with thirty-part drivers. Cree shows its willingness to meet its customers’ needs and support them in their progress.

Cree started its Driver Compatibility Program with introduction of list of third-party drivers compatible with LMH2 LED Module (the list of drivers you can find at www.cree.com/drivercompatibility). Later on the company is going to present same lists for other LED modules.
