1. We offer you safe and easy shopping using your Paypal accountt.

2. Payment can be processed directly by your credit card. You can use safe PayPal service (even without an account). We accept: Visa / Delta / Electron/ MasterCard / Eurocard/ American Express/ Discover.


Terms of Shipping

  • Packages can be send from China and Germany offices.
  • Most orders are shipped on the same business day from Germany and on the next business day - from China. We will notify you if there will be any delay longer than 5 days.
  • All shipping services require your phone number for processing.


Dear customers, at the moment the optimization of shipping options to different countries is being done on our website, due to that some failures with making an order can occur. If you get a message "Sorry, it seems that we have no shipping options available for your location" in the cart, please try to form an order once again.

If the error persists, please contact us know by e-mail: service@armytek.com. Describe the issue in the following way: indicate your country, city and the product(s) you would like to order. We will check everything and help you place the order ASAP.


Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping by Airmail on retail orders over $US100, which don’t contain nyogel and batteries.


Shipments from our office in Germany

  • Packages can be send by DHL. The approximate shipping cost is 10-30 euro (price depends on your location).
  • We do not ship orders from Germany to Canada and USA.
  • For shipments to North America: duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery and are under the responsibility of the customer.
  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your country when your package reaches it.
  • We ship your international package DDU ("Delivered Duty Unpaid") and do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
  • For more information regarding your country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
  • Our shipping fees are real-time calculated based on weight, distance and shipping method. In order to obtain your shipping cost, please add the chosen items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your zip code or country. You will see the available shipping methods, expected in-transit time, cost and an estimated delivery date.
  • Please note that in-transit time and delivery date are the best faith estimates provided by the respective carriers; we cannot be responsible for carrier or weather related delays. In-transit time is stated in business days. Product availability may postpone the shipping dates.


Shipments from our office in China

  • If the shipment is not for free then the package can be sent by Airmail (3-4 weeks) $US15 or FedEx/DHL (4-5 days) $US30.
  • Note: we do NOT ship orders including batteries and/or grease from China by Airmail.
  • Duties and Taxes will be charged upon the delivery and are under the responsibility of the customer. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your country when the package reaches it.

  • Remote Areas Shipping. If your place of destination is listed as a remote area by FedEx/DHL some additional payments for express shipping may be required. Our manager will contact you in such case and inform you about the additional rates. In case the rates appear too high for you we may offer you to return the money and cancel the order.

Responsibility for Shipping and Missing/Damaged Parts

  • Pay your attention to the fact that batteries may not be packed in separate containers, but may be put inside the flashlights.
  • Your order should reach you in complete and good condition. Please check your package before signing the delivery driver's paperwork (or immediately at the post office) to verify that you have received everything you ordered.

  • We accept claims for completeness and safety of the package during 24 hours from the moment you have received it.
  • Claims for the safety of the flashlight`s individual package (flashlight box) we accept only if the outer package is safe.
  • These measures will allow us to avoid misunderstanding in future and let us solve your problems on-the-fly.

The seller is not responsible for the delivery. The seller does not accept any claims concerning delays and shortages.
